Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 April 2026. This is a front-end placeholder template and must be reviewed and replaced by legal counsel before publication.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MigraineBuddy software and related services (the “Service”). By registering, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Account and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there is risk or misuse.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, to infringe others’ rights, to disrupt security or stability, or to scrape or misuse data in ways that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Content and intellectual property
Software, interfaces, text, and trademarks remain owned by us or our licensors. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to use it as needed to operate the Service.
5. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service for operational or legal reasons and will provide notice where reasonable. You may stop using the Service at any time and may close your account according to in-app instructions.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We limit liability as permitted by applicable law for issues arising from events outside our reasonable control or third-party actions.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your organisation’s jurisdiction (placeholder—replace with counsel-approved venue and dispute resolution).
8. Other
These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
